About Us

NCA was established in 2017, by Dashneet Malhi with the goal of spreading and amplifying the magic of Jolly phonics. NCA focuses on helping children to read and write through Jolly Learning Programs like Jolly Phonics, Jolly English and Jolly grammar. The aim is to inculcate long lasting love for learning in a child’s early educational years.  Additionally, NCA helps in nurturing schools with Advisory services, teacher training programs and classroom training. NCA has been bringing positive difference to each life it touches since its establishment and will continue to do so in the coming years.

About Dashneet Malhi

Founder at Nurturing Childhood Academy with 6+ years of experience of imparting grammar and phonics knowledge to students and training teachers. Certified and Passionate Jolly Phonics and grammar teacher with good understanding of phonics learning processes and technicalities. Possesses excellent linguistic and vocabulary skills and has worked in collaboration with schools across India and conducted online sessions. Experienced in training 200 + students over the course of 6 years and specialized in training many teachers and parents for jolly phonics.

My son Prish (who is 6 years old) is learning Phonics with Dashneet Ma’am from almost 2.5 years now and from ABCD’s to making his own stories and reading so fluently. He can make any new spelling very quickly and almost error free. He is clear about all the phonics rules and very much sure on each of the rule that we as parents were also not knowing.. Dashneet maam does wonders with small kids.. my 6yrs old son is so comfortable and dont want to miss any of her classes.. it took hardly 8months from only mouthing ABCD to reading full stories.. and his spellings are almost error free and can take dictation of multiple sentences..
